Gentle Touch Assisted Living services are available for clients’ of all ages, from newborns to seniors and everyone in between, that range from short-term care and after hospital convalescing clients’, to ongoing support with day-to-day tasks and activities. We provide a wide range of services performed by our highly qualified team including Personal Support Workers, Registered Nurses, and Registered Practical Nurses.

We often find that families want or need supplemental care. Hospitals are not able to provide the one-on-one level of care our clients require or are comfortable with. We work with hospital staff to ensure that our clients receive the level and quality of care they expect and are entitled to. Retirement homes and long-term care facilities are not usually equipped to care for clients that need a significant level of personal assistance. The Gentle Touch Assisted Living team works in partnership with our clients’, their health care providers, and immediate family members to focus on meeting your specific needs. We also help by providing the personal custom care required, enabling your loved one to be comfortable and remain in a setting that is enjoyable and serene which is imperative to their overall well-being.

Our Personal Support Worker Team are employees of Gentle Touch Assisted Living, which are carefully screened with an extensive review of their education and references; vulnerable sector and criminal police clearances are mandatory; and all candidates are personally interviewed by our Vice President, who manages and maintains constant contact with our clients’, their families and our employees. This ensures our PSW’s are highly skilled and exceptionally qualified with a wide range of illnesses, disabilities, and disorders, which makes us experts in identifying and understanding how distinct every individuals’ health care needs truly are.
