Rabble was founded by Charlotte Roach and Rosemary Pringle in 2014. Charlotte was a former international triathlete in training for 2012 Olympic games until a serious accident ended her career. On her exit from professional sport, she fell out of love with exercise. Gyms were to isolating, repetitive and boring, exercise classes didnt appeal and sports clubs too competitive and too much commitment. Just wanting to go out, be active and have fun with her mates, Charlotte founded Rabble. Rabble is a flexible sports club that plays over 20 different games. No experience is required for any of the games, they all conceal a fitness principle within the play of the games. Rabble is inherently sociable. All of the games are designed to encourage this and we often finish with drinks. Rabble is like a big group of adventurous mates, who have fun and happen to get fit.
