The Carbon Bar in Toronto is an elevated stunning dining venue featuring delicious Texas-style BBQ, Steaks, Seafood, and original dishes delivered with impeccable hospitality.

For our BBQ, we only use the highest quality meats that we prepare with our signature spices and sauces. Under the care of our “Pitmaster” who exclusively uses white oak, all meats are smoked “low and slow” creating a unique flavor.
